Knox Beauty College is owned by Melanie Taylor, Sydney Taylor and John Taylor.
Melanie and Sydney are graduates of Knox Beauty College for both their Cosmetology and Instructor licenses.
Sydney had a strong idea at a young age that she wanted to do hair. Going through beauty college inspired her to pursue a career in education. She moved to Chicago in 2015 to grow her knowledge of the industry and returned to Knox Beauty College to continue her career educating.
Melanie has worked in law for over thirty years, but has always shared Sydney's passion for the cosmetology profession. She thoroughly enjoys working in the industry as both a cosmetologist and an instructor. Her experience working in law will assist her in working in the business aspect of the college as well. Melanie seeks to educate and empower the students to continue their education and skills.
Loretta Rowe and Toni Palm, former owners and current instructors, will continue to devote their passion to the Cosmetology profession at Knox Beauty College.
With the combined knowledge of all, their desire is to adequately prepare students for their future careers as Cosmetologists and Cosmetology Instructors.
